The free audit

The audit is free and carries no obligation on either side. We look at your brand, social and ads and tell you what we see. What we say is our professional opinion at that time, based on what is publicly visible and what you tell us.

The Blueprint and other work

The Blueprint is a fixed-fee strategy sprint. Its fee, scope and dates are confirmed in writing before it starts. If you like the plan, we build it together under a project, retainer or full-build agreement. If you do not, the Blueprint is yours to keep.

Every project, retainer or full build has its own written scope, fee, timeline and approval steps. Those documents take precedence over these terms where they differ.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in Indian rupees, exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable by the date on the invoice. Third-party costs such as media spend, creator fees and production expenses are agreed before they are incurred and billed at cost unless the agreement says otherwise.

Ownership of the work

When the fees for a piece of work are paid in full, you own the final deliverables we made for you. We keep ownership of our working files, methods and any tools we bring, and of work we made before or outside your project.

Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show finished work in our portfolio and case studies. We publish case studies only with your permission.

The Build

The Build is a series of unsolicited concepts made by BrickBrack for brands we have not worked with. Each is labelled as such on every page. The brands named are not clients, have not commissioned or approved the work, and hold all rights to their own names and marks. A concept describes a plan, never results.

Using this site

The site, its text, its design and its media belong to BrickBrack or to the clients whose work is shown, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Client work stays the property of the client.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we make no promise that it is error-free or always online.

Results

We guarantee the work and honest reporting. We do not guarantee sales, followers, reach or any other outcome, because nobody honest can. What we measure, and when, is agreed in each plan.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability under any agreement is limited to the fees you paid us for the work concerned, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of New Delhi.
